Cancellation Policy
CARD ON FILE
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on the time available. If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file.
